Sound Advice Amphitheater is a new member of HTW family....I put a post over on their site about being one of the hosts of the HTW family tour. We need people to show them some interest in this happening for them to be interested in being involved. Post away

Gerat idea Ron. It will be great if we can get all the HTW bands together for a Rockin' good time.

I don't necessarily think a full on tour as a HTW unit is realistic at this point? If a few of the HTW bands could get together to do a few co-bills that would be great. It's very realistic to see the HTW bands playing "after party" type of shows, which have become oh so popular these days.
It would also be cool to see some of the bands get hooked up with some of the more popular festivals and do a HTW stage, late night, or something like that. Sell the bands to the festivals as a package. GOTV in the east, Bonaroo in the south, High Sierra in the west. Jazz Fest, SXSW...

Ok, now that the Beacon dates have been announced (March 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 27) It's time to get the show on the road. Any and all ideas about where the HTW Family bands can book some shows around those dates in NYC would be appreciated. I'm assuming "late night" so that people can continue the party after the ABB shows. I hope we can make this happen!

Would be great to be able to do this and I'm sure lots of the HTW family and friends would be there to support it....I know we would
Keep on Brothers,

Thanks for the support Karen! Ron has something in the works for March 19 - 20 in NYC. He was going to find out more about it today. I haven't heard from him about yet. I hope he had good luck.

That would be great...I did post on the ABB website too saying we could help by handing out flyers or handbills at the Allman's shows or in the pre-show parties at the Beacon Hotel. Ron did get in touch with me about it awhile back, so hopefully this works out....
We are going March 18th through the 21st.
Hope to meet you there,

...we are going with Frank and Donna Lagana (you know them ~ the Keystone Bar owners extraordinaires)
So...you'd have 4 strong supporters there AND we'll do whatever we can to bring more with us.

Ron didn't hear from Session 73 yesterday, I guess today is the day. I hope he got good news.
Karen, that would be great to have you all there. I can't wait to meet everyone! I just sent Donna a GLRBR CD the other day. She is going to be kind enough to put it in her Juke Box for us. We also hope to be able to play at the Keystone when we head out that way.

Oh my god...be still my heart.
It would be amazing to see the full blown GLRBR live and in person....playing your full repertoire, well most of it anyway...and at the Keystone.
We'd drive many miles to get there.
Look forward to it and this HTW gathering in NYC too

...full blown GLRBR live and in person...
That's the only way to serve it up.

Thanks Ron, Pam and everyone else who worked so hard at trying and make a show come together for this year's Beacon run. I guess it just wasn't ment to be right now. I'm sure that we'll be able to all work together some time soon.
